Came to see Dr Hachney with my 11-year-old daughter who was suffering from severe headaches losing weight and tired constantly.
She grilled my daughter as to why she wasn't eating properly didn't check her head and kicked us out within a couple of minutes. She asked me whether I wanted her to send my daughter for blood tests.
Not a caring attitude.

I was extremely upset at having to wait 3 and a half weeks for an appointment. The surgery service has deteriorated over the last two years and I feel totally not looked after. Once in the room, when you can get there, you're only allowed to discuss one thing, although others could have developed whilst waiting for an appointment, which was what happened to me.
